Home Care Services:
We are pleased to offer our 3 Levels of Care including:
• Home nursing including respite and palliative care and assistance if hospitalised
• Home Care including assistance with bathing, showering, dressing etc and chiropody
• Home Help including help with light meals, shopping, cleaning, clinic visits, prescription collection etc.
We are able to assess and prescribe a care package to suit individual needs. The provision is managed by our Services Director who is a registered UK nurse and Health Visitor and staffed by other UK trained nurses and careers.
Our costs are reasonable we can offer pay as you go options to enable everyone to access the required services at their time of need.
